1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location. Within Germany it usually takes 2–3 business days, within the EU 5–7 business days, and for international orders 7+ business days.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Each piece is handmade and produced after your order is placed. Production time depends on the amount of orders at the time — usually within 1–2 weeks.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return unworn items within 14 days after receiving them. Please contact me at support@madjxe.de before sending anything back.

4. How do I know my size?

All pieces are true to size. If you’re between sizes, I recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

5. How should I wash my item?

Please wash it inside out at max. 30 °C on a gentle cycle and avoid tumble drying. Detailed care instructions are included with your order.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started yet. After this period, cancellation may not be possible because each piece is handmade to order.

7. Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible at support@madjxe.de with the correct address. Once the order is shipped, changes are unfortunately not possible.

8. Where are you based?

All items are designed and handmade in Germany 🇩🇪.
